Fossils
Here are some fossils found in our area. Geologists say that these fossils are about 400,000,000 years old! Come visit the Rogers City fossil park. The park is located at the little league fields, also called South Shore Park which is off of Calcite Road next to the Carmeuse Lime and Stone Quarry. The park has a great Lake Huron beach (sandy) and playground equipment too.
