Monday evening, January 24, 2011, the Rogers City Planning Commission took comments from about 30 people attending a public hearing on the new Zoning Ordinance. Several administrative changes were made and three other substantive changes were also implemented.
The proposed ordinance will now move to City Council for first reading. The first reading will be held at about 7:00 pm on next Tuesday, February 1, 2011.
Please plan to attend this Council meeting if you have comments or suggestions about the new zoning ordinance. The document is available on this website on the home page.
